Cheese Crisps – Excellent Keto Snack Option
Are you interested in following a Keto diet? I recently switched over – I feel like I am one of the last holdouts – though I know thats not true. To follow a Keto diet I need to make sure I have plenty of options for every person in the house. Some need Keto Snacks while others focus on the meals. A snack option that is a huge hit are Keto Cheese Crisps. You really cannot get easier than this. I actually make like four packages of cheese at one time and each package fills up two large cookie sheets. This is also a relatively inexpensive snack option. I go…

Need A Party Treat – Check Out These Coconut Balls!
Coconut Snowballs – My Children’s Favorite Treat Coconut Snowballs are very easy to make – they just take time, and quite a bit of time. If you are lucky you can enlist the help of the kids and they help make the entire process more fun. There are few ingredients, and any age child can definitely help make these. If you are working in someone’s industrial kitchen that can be amazing and make for quick work. But if you happen to get injured, perhaps through a slip and fall on the wet floor, it is time to seek the assistance of a personal injury lawyer. Any child also loves…

3-2-1 Cupcakes – Make Them Anytime You Want
Do you ever just want a snack without spending a ton of time in the kitchen? Or want a snack but if you make a full batch of something like cupcakes – they go to waste. You just want one – NOT 12! To make these precious desserts – you need one box Angel Food Cake mix and one box any other flavor cake mix. I am pretty boring so I use yellow cake mix for just about everything. With this recipe you can throw the mix together in a large baggie or a large resealable container (what I use). Shake shake shake, shake shake shake, shake your cake mix… Until…

Peanut Butter Buckeye Balls – A Crowd Pleaser!
Peanut Butter Buckeye Balls – A Crowd Pleaser This is a recipe I received from my mother in law and it is definitely a “go to” treat for any big occasion. Everyone LOVES buckeye balls. I have tried these treats from many other people and their recipes but this is by far the best version I have ever tasted. These are creamy, substantial to eat and absolutely delicious. Buckeye balls are definitely a treat that I feel like there is no way in the world I would ever have enough willpower to say no. I might be able to have just one but to say “no” – would never happen.…

Delicious and Easy Healthyier Fruit Roll-Ups
This is a recipe I make in my dehydrator but you can easily make it in your oven at the lowest setting on your oven which is either going to be 140 or 170. We make this quite often – particularly all summer long when we want healthier snacks “on the go”. Large jar of applesauce (50-60 oz) 2 boxes of jello (regular or sugar-free – whatever flavor you want) Mix the two ingredients together and layer (thinly and as evenly as you can) on sheets for the dehydrator. If you are using your oven you can layer on parchment paper on cookie sheets for the same result. Warm at…

Fast and Fun Filling Treat With Bees Knees
We are nut butter fans in our house – peanut butter, almond butter, and even soy nut butter. They are always in our house and we love variety. But lately we discovered The Bee’s Knees by the Peanut Butter and Company. The nurse at my daughter’s school clued me in to this really delightful “special” peanut butter and now we are hooked. The Bee’s Knees is peanut butter blended with scrumptious honey. It’s great as a quick, protein packed, breakfast spread. Melt it over pancakes, spread it on waffles, add it to smoothies, or eat it straight from the jar. My daughter loves it on saltines – and…
