Folios Cheese Wraps – Amazing Keto Solution
Cheese folios are the perfect solution for a keto diet, when you still desire to have sandwich wraps. But, of course, traditional wraps made with flour are not keto and will kick you out of ketosis. But cheese wraps do not since cheese is allowed on a keto diet. More importantly, these wraps are incredible and an amazing option for those of us who are not on a keto diet. So now we can be just as happy – sort of a have our sandwich and eat it too! These Folios Cheese Wraps are 100% cheese and don’t have any starch, wheat, flour, sugars, additives, or fillers. The first wrap we…

Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink – Keto Friendly
I don’t have too many options for what I like to drink. I am very picky and I really have no idea why. The list is quite short – water, a few flavors of Crystal Light, Diet Coke (only from McDonalds), diet orange soda from anywhere, and several drinks from Starbucks. In rare instances if I can find a diet grape soda – yum! I totally love the Coca Cola Freestyle machines so I can get the diet orange and diet grape! But, my favorite Starbucks drink is their Keto Friendly Pink Drink – Passion Tea Drink. This stuff is awesome and perfect of course for a low carb, keto…

You Can Have Your Pancakes and Your Keto Too! #Keto #LowCarb
One of the things I have been missing most on our Keto journey is breakfast other than eggs. I love eggs – or did… But they have been a main staple for several weeks and well, the novelty is wearing off. Funny thing is when I wasn’t on Keto I really didn’t care for things like pancakes too much. But now – I really wanted something different. Additionally, our son has been expressing an interest in trying more Keto friendly meals and as soon as I started cooking these this morning, he jumped out of bed! He made it clear that next time I need to make a much…

Keto Crack Chicken – Crockpot Fun
This post contains affiliate links I am always looking to try a new recipe that is Keto Friendly. I want our family to follow a low carb way of eating as much as possible and to do so – I need to keep them interested. Much of my cooking is done on the weekend and I always try to make enough for our family of five as well as enough to freeze for later in the week. So this weekend we are trying Keto Crack Chicken and I can tell you it was a huge hit. I followed (basically) the recipe from Mess for Less with some minor variations. What could…

Keto Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies – Comfort Food Fun #Keto #KetoFriendly #LowCarb
This post contains affiliate links Following a Keto diet is awesome but sometimes you just want a treat – even a traditional comfort food type of treat like chocolate chip cookies! So I have tried several different versions and each iteration got closer and closer. This set is really good. I am more than happy to try some other versions but now I know I have a winner! I always recommend using a stand mixer for making cookies – who really wants to put all that elbow grease into each batch. We all have enough things to work hard on – this doesn’t need to be one of them.…

Keto Friendly YUMMY Stromboli
This post contains affiliate links How do you feel about the very popular Keto diet? I found my way to it after watching on the sidelines as my friends started to lose large amounts of weight. Now I am hooked – and so is my husband. Sure we cheat every now and then but the progress is pretty steady weight loss. The bread is the thing I miss most. I didn’t eat a ton of bread before – even then I mostly ate hamburgers without a bun and stuff like that. But it is the pizza and stromboli stuff that leaves me feeling like I am missing something. Before –…

Baby It’s Cold Outside – Time To Make Some Keto Friendly Chili!
I recently transitioned to Keto and love it. I had visions before I started of the Atkins days of old. I hated Atkins – I felt so deprived all the time so it was bound to not last. Sure I lost weight – and quite a bit of it. But it really wasn’t sustainable. With Keto though I am seeing awesome results and don’t feel deprived at all. I can literally eat anywhere – I just need to modify what I normally order and it doesn’t need to be salad with no dressing! Some of my favorite Keto things are protein shakes with low net carbs. Best way to start…

Keto Friendly Taco Soup
Yay!!! 2019 is here. I literally feel like I have been waiting for this year my entire life. 2018 was hard – the kind of year you never want to go through again and if you do – will you survive it? Yeah – that bad. Could always have been worse and thankfully it wasn’t – but bad just the same. With the new year I am going to start following a Keto style of eating. I am so excited about it and going to do my best to bring my family along with me. To do that I can’t just appear to eat meats and vegetables. They would…

Sausage and Cheese Puffs
I have been really trying to transition to Keto and so far have been successful – gotta stay with it long term. But one of the things I have struggled with is breakfast. I never ever have time to cook in the morning during the week. I need something to grab and go. Now you may ask what I did before Keto – well I would stop at McDonald’s and buy a sausage burrito for $1. Easy peasy. I wish I could just buy a small container of the burrito filling – that is probably keto friendly. In the meantime I need a plan. That plan started today with these…
